Runeon keeps run evidence local. When you need help, create a diagnostics package in the app, review it, and send only the redacted contents you approve.

Send diagnostics from Runeon

When Runeon shows a Report or Review option for an issue, create the redacted package, review the contents, then choose Send. Advanced users can also open Diagnostics. The app excludes raw logs by default and redacts account identifiers, paths, and token-like values.

Email support

Contact support@runeon.app with your Runeon version, macOS version, Apple silicon Mac model, and a short description of what happened.

  • Do not paste Steam passwords, session cookies, tokens, or raw private logs.
  • Use the in-app diagnostics package when a log excerpt is needed.

Billing and account

Use the Customer Portal link inside Runeon Settings for plan changes, cancellation, invoices, and payment methods. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address on your Runeon account.
